Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, merchandise, stock, and run front-end duties as needed.

You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment, handle cash transactions, and protect assets while delivering friendly service. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth and advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties (standing, walking, kneeling, etc.).
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions while operating the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
