Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate II for our Gahanna, OH location. You’ll help with daily store operations, merchandising, and customer support while cross-training to handle cash register duties as needed.

Role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safe work practices, and the ability to manage cash responsibly. Part-time schedule and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned
