Love’s Travel Stops in Williamsville, NY is hiring entry-level cashiers to deliver fast, accurate service in a busy store. You’ll help customers find items, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service, helping customers locate items and answer questions.
• Balance cash register, process transactions, and suggest add-on sales opportunities.
• Maintain proper food safety conditions for deli and fresh foods.
• Clean and sanitize your work area, sales floor, restrooms, and pumps.
• Cross-train in other departments and take on leadership tasks as needed.
• Lift and move items up to 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

They may perform various duties depending on business needs so flexibility and teamwork skills are important. No experience? No problem. We will teach you!

Job Functions

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
