Job Description

At Love’s, our cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean places while providing friendly service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling transactions, ensuring food safety, cleaning work areas, and possibly cross-training in other departments. Responsibilities

1. Customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions, and addressing needs.
2. Balancing cash register, completing transactions, and promoting additional sales following laws.
3. Using technology to ensure proper food safety for fresh food and deli products.
4. Cleaning work areas, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and trash removal.
5. Cross-training in departments like Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, and Maintenance.
6. Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
