Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring cashiers to join a fast-paced, friendly team in Oklahoma. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, and help maintain clean, welcoming facilities including dining and fueling areas.

Training is provided if you have no prior experience, with opportunities to learn across departments and grow within the company. We offer benefits like tuition assistance, PTO, flexible scheduling, 401(k) with 100% match up to 5%, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items and answering questions.
• Balance a cash register and complete transactions while following laws.
• Ensure proper food safety for fresh food and deli products.
• Clean working area, sales floor, restrooms, and pumps; take out trash.
• Possibility of cross-training in Restaurants, Fresh Kitchen, Maintenance, or leadership roles.

Job Functions

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
