Love’s Travel Stops is hiring cashiers for a fast-paced environment where friendly service and accuracy matter. No experience? No problem—training is provided and you will learn on the job.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling transactions, ensuring food safety, cleaning work areas, and potentially cross-training in other departments. The role requires ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items and answer questions.

• Cleaning direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Job Functions

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
