Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Woodbury Heights store. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and ensure the store remains neat and safe. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves per productivity standards.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including restrooms.
• Provide a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
