Family Dollar in Hephzibah, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, handle sales at the register, receive merchandise, and keep the store stocked and presentable. You will maintain a positive, safe environment, follow instructions, and demonstrate strong customer service, organization, and communication skills while assisting leadership and teammates.

The role includes lifting up to 50 lbs, extensive walking and standing, and performing other duties as assigned,

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and general presentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
