Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Allison Park, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, complete sales at the register, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

The role prefers a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience. Candidates must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods while remaining friendly and professional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
