Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Lewisburg, West Virginia to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, process sales at the register, and help with stocking and merchandise recovery.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
