Job summary

A retail company is seeking a Customer Service Associate I to provide excellent service and assist customers at their New York location. Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
