Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate in Honea Path, SC to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

You will contribute to a safe, friendly environment, protect assets, and support receiving and merchandising tasks. Flexible hours and growth opportunities with a national retailer are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
