Job summary

Family Dollar in Ennis, MT is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with questions, handle transactions at the register, and help stock the store while maintaining attractive, clean aisles.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll work with a team to ensure safety and friendliness for all customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect store assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful shopping environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
