Job Summary
Responsible for merchandise protection, monitoring entrance and exit activity, and delivering superior customer service.

Member Service Expectations
- Deliver excellent service at all contact points.
- Resolve and deescalate member concerns.
- Maintain safety and uphold GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA), and ensure a clean, friendly environment.
Operational Standards
- Work as a team to meet GOLD club standards daily, including cleanliness and organization.
Understanding Your Business
- Access and interpret performance reports.
- Link consistent execution to positive business impact.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, thank members, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Follow merchandise protection procedures and monitor alerts.
- Maintain AP Alert Binder, audit express checkout processes, and ensure safety protocols.
- Inspect bags and belongings as required, process vouchers, and respond to alarms.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-department work. Attendance is essential.
Qualifications
- Background in security, law enforcement, military, police, corrections, or private security preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and ability to use a handheld device.
- Complete required training and certification.
- Must be employed with the company at least 6 months and be at least 18 years old.
Environmental Conditions
- Standing and moving on hard surfaces, with occasional bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures.
In accordance with Pay Transparency laws, the starting pay range is from $15.25/hr. Actual salary depends on various factors including location, experience, and qualifications.
