Roses Discount Store in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and process transactions at the POS. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized while delivering friendly, helpful service.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, plus flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 55 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Stock shelves and help unload and stock merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and assist with freight and floor recovery.
• Ensure a safe shopping environment by observing activities.
