Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales at cash register and handle transactions, returns, exchanges and refunds as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web pick-up duties and order fulfillment.
• Adhere to asset protection procedures and company policies; maintain a safe, respectful store environment.
• Attend training as requested by Manager.
