Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused Team Member to deliver fast, friendly checkout service and assist customers with product questions. You will greet shoppers, operate the cash register, and help with inventory and displays to create a distinctive in-store experience.

You should be comfortable handling transactions, processing refunds, and assisting with photo services while maintaining store cleanliness and adherence to policies. Availability on evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and stock areas; assist with price changes and displays.
• Provide excellent service in-person and at the photo area, including quick help and product recommendations.
• Protect store assets and follow company policies and procedures.
