Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Alliance, OH team to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience in customer service in retail or related fields is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
