Retail Customer Service Associate

Location: 3819 Columbus Rd NE Canton OH 44705

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8A-5P + Every Other Saturday 8A-1P (times may vary); Closed on all major holidays

Pay: $12.00–$14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with shoppers

Learn and share knowledge about our products (e.g., cooking advice, product recommendations)

Operate a cash register and handle payments accurately

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace

Follow proper food handling procedures, including labeling, dating, and temperature compliance

Keep a positive and professional attitude throughout the day

Availability during busy holiday weeks (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas) is required.
