Job summary

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains counters and shelves, checks in prices, and restocks merchandise.
• Implements asset protection procedures and complies with policies.
• Handles refunds, voids, rain checks, and exchanges as needed.
• Provides photo area services and web-pickup responsibilities.
• Maintains store appearance and assists with special assignments.
