Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Operate cash register and process transactions with courtesy and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised counters and shelves; check in and price merchandise.
• Recommend items and upsell; assist with returns, rain checks, refunds as needed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photos, poster print, creative machine).
• Assist with web pick-up orders and delivery to customers.
