Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a Customer Experience and Operations teammate. You will engage customers, greet and assist, and provide efficient checkout service at the register. You’ll support merchandising, inventory, and routine store maintenance while following company policies and procedures.

Flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends; prior retail experience is preferred. This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced neighborhood store

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales at the checkout and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Maintain counters and shelves, and ensure accurate pricing and merchandising.
• Recommends items and assists in stock rotation and restocking.
• Support the photo area services and web pick-up responsibilities.
