Job summary

Roses Express is seeking a Customer Service Associate at our Mobile, AL location to help customers with product selection, answer questions, and process transactions. The role includes unloading freight, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have high school completion and prior retail or service industry experience. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school completion preferred; ability to follow directives.
• Experience: Prior retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store experience preferred.
• Physical: Lift up to 40 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 55 lbs.
• Availability: Flexible, full-time or part-time including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Skills: Customer focus, organization, communication, problem solving and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Complete transactions and operate the POS system.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Unload trucks, process freight and stock shelves.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment for customers.
• Ensure safe and secure shopping through awareness of customer activity.
