Job summary

Roses Discount Stor is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with product selections, and process transactions at the POS. You will help unload freight, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness while delivering friendly service.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with preference for retail experience. Training and a dynamic team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and respectfully.
• Experience in retail or service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer engagement in positive and approachable manner.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.
• Unloads merchandise from delivery trucks and transports stock to sales floor.
• Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store.
• Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.
• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support store operations.
