Walgreens in Detroit seeks a customer-centric associate to deliver a distinctive checkout and shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and operate the cash register with courtesy and efficiency.

You will help maintain displays, recommend items, support photo services, and handle returns, while upholding policies and complying with store procedures. Bilingual abilities are not required.

Competenze

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and offer assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on the cash register and assist with checkout.
• Suggest and upsell items; maintain shelves and displays.
• Process returns, refunds, voids, and rain checks as needed.
• Keep counters clean, merchandised, and price items accurately.
• Protect company assets and follow policy.
• Comply with laws on regulated products (e.g., tobacco/alcohol).
• Assist with photo services and promo products in-store.
• Support web pickup and order fulfillment at checkout.
• Assist with store maintenance and facility upkeep.
