Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Recommends items for sale and handles returns, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as required.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensures compliance with policies.
• Assists with exterior and interior store maintenance to maintain a neat appearance.
• Provides service in the photo area (digital passport photos, poster prints, etc.) and supports web pick-up duties.
