Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills and ability to make change.
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist with purchases.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and receipts.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized sales floor, cooler, and restrooms.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying invoices.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and OSHA requirements.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
