Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience at the register and throughout the store. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and ensure fast, courteous checkout with accurate cash handling.

Roles require English fluency and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience, especially with Walgreens, is preferred but not always required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Engage customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing as directed.
• Process returns, exchanges, voids, refunds, and rain checks as needed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
