Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Process transactions at the cash register and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; restock as required.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory using FIFO practices.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photos, posters, and prints).
• Support web pick-up operations by locating items and delivering orders to customers.
