Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Corbin, KY is seeking a part-time retail associate to assist customers, process transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked.

You will handle unloading trucks, restocking shelves, and provide friendly, helpful service while following store procedures. Prior customer service experience is preferred; physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physically able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk regularly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks.
• Ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and associates.
