Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, stock replenishment, and maintain store cleanliness in a part-time, on-site Arlington location.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
