Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a customer service-focused position at our store in Puerto Rico. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and providing fast checkout with accurate cash handling.

You will also maintain clean displays, stock shelves, and help with returns, exchanges, and basic store operations, including photo area services and web-pickup duties. English fluency is expected, with weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Register sales and handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
• Maintain clean and stocked counters and shelves
• Process returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds as needed
• Support store maintenance and display setup
