Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in retail.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves and assists with stock rotation.
• Suggests additional items and promotes promotions; handles exchanges and refunds as needed.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and local regulations.
