Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register purchases on a cash register and handle cash transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and price labeling.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photos, poster prints) and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Support store maintenance and comply with company policies and safety procedures.
• Provide proactive service and upsell where appropriate to enhance sales.
