Job summary

TJ Maxx in Norman, OK is seeking a Store Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role may be cross-trained in multiple areas to support business needs and maintain loss-prevention standards.

You will promote credit and loyalty programs, uphold merchandising standards, process transactions accurately, and participate in safety and sustainability initiatives while complying with labor laws

• Maintains store organization and safety procedures
• Gives and receives feedback
• Adheres to labor laws and store policies
• Supports shrink reduction initiatives
• Participates in safety programs
