Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Process customer purchases/returns accurately and count change
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and safety programs
• Assist in shrink reduction goals and adhere to labor policies
