Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the point of sale. You will greet customers, assist with products, and process purchases on the register with courtesy and efficiency.

You will maintain clean displays, help with photo area services, and support web pickup orders while adhering to store policies and asset protection procedures. Prior retail experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register customer purchases on the cash register, handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; price merchandise and restock as directed by the shift leader.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including passport photo service and promotional photo products.
• Assists with web pickup processes and general store maintenance, ensuring a neat and orderly store condition.
