Retail Customer Experience Associate, Southridge Mall - Full Time
As a Customer Experience Colleague, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll prioritize customer satisfaction by actively engaging shoppers across all touchpoints—both in‑store and online—and drive cross‑category sales to support overall business goals. With a deep understanding of fashion, fit, and function, you will make tailored product recommendations and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey. You will also work across different departments daily, often transitioning between multiple areas throughout the day. In this role, you play a key part in client relationship building through outreach tools like My Client and social media, and collaborate with peers, store leaders, and brand partners to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and elevate the overall customer experience. In addition to service and selling, you support operational excellence through floor readiness, event execution, merchandise setup, and opening/closing procedures.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts as required.
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. This includes standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching—including above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
