Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience for customers in Round Rock. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment in a team setting.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and collaborating with leaders and associates to meet productivity standards and uphold excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service is highly preferred.
• Follow instructions and interpret operational documents as required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and restock bathrooms and floors.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
