Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and organized.

This part-time position requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You will help with stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining a safe, friendly store environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, trash.
