Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience at our Novato, CA store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and maintain a positive, friendly attitude with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and replenish stock per productivity standards.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and friendly store environment.
• Ensure bathrooms and floors are clean and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
