Family Dollar Stores Of Mississippi LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock, and maintain store cleanliness, while ensuring safety and professional interactions with customers and team members.

Responsibilities include helping customers, processing sales, stocking merchandise, and keeping the store neat and secure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing required.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills are needed.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment in interactions with customers and staff.
