Family Dollar Stores Of Mississippi LLC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to improve the shopping experience for customers in our store. You will assist shoppers, process sales at the register, and support stock and safety duties.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Training and opportunities for growth may be available as part of our retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
