Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Liverpool, NY, to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, with physical tasks including lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for long periods. It is a part-time, on-site position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience in similar settings preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
