Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Keep the store clean, bathrooms stocked, and areas neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
