Family Dollar in Evergreen, Alabama seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

You should have a high school diploma (preferred) and prior customer service experience. The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and restrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
