Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Aberdeen, WA store. You’ll assist customers, handle sales at the register, maintain cash security, and ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is replenished.

You will also keep the store clean, assist with unloading trucks, and help maintain a safe, friendly environment for customers and associates. This role offers part-time hours with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store stocked, stock replenishment, and merchandise recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness including bathrooms and floors, and ensure a neat environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
