Job summary

Walgreens in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our team. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, assist with photo services, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and well merchandised.

Responsibilities include processing purchases, returns, and exchanges; upselling items; and following store policies, asset protection, and loss-prevention procedures. Flexible schedule with evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens is preferred.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Recommends items for sale and promotes trade-up and/or companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and maintains records.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and poster print.
• Assists with web pick-up duties and order fulfillment.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and store appearance.
