Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows standards
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per procedures
• Initiates and participates in store recovery
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store and sales floor
• Provides and accepts feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Engages in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
