Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance to help them find products and services.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and process returns or exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assist with stock rotation and displays.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including passport photo service and poster printing.
• Assist with web pick-up orders by monitoring, picking, and delivering items to customers.
